Enable Screen-sharing Access in Zoom

Screen-sharing access in Zoom is blocked by default on all Macs. Screen-sharing with Zoom must be enabled by the end-user on each computer and cannot be enabled via our computer management system. Users do NOT have to be a computer admin in order to allow access.

To enable access, open the System Preferences app and navigate to Security & Privacy > Privacy > Screen Recording, and then click the checkbox next to zoom.us.

After you click the checkbox, you will be prompted to Quite & Reopen Zoom in order for the change to take effect.

You should now be able to share portions of or your entire screen in Zoom.
